Quantum Compliance offers an Enterprise-Wide Environmental Health and Safety Information Management Software, complete with a graphic analytical user interface. The FacTS™ 'Green Dashboard' enables corporate EH&S departments to easily analyze and report on key environmental objectives and corporate business requirements. FacTS™ Green Dashboard features include: · EH&S managers have access to a Dashboard of Key Enviromental Performance Indicators to assist them in making decisions. · The combination of the FacTS™ EH&S Dashboard and the ability to personalize the layout gives you the power to choose how to access critical information to improve productivity. · Security settings the same as FacTS so employees only see data applicable to their role in the company’s organization. · A flexible solution for web based reporting and analysis. · A large number of formatting options deliver complete control over data access and presentation. · Employees have access to critical EH&S business information when they need it, in a format that simplifies the decision making process. · End users can drill down into reports, sort/filter information, refresh reports, print reports, and export different formats. · Any report can be instantly published for end users to view, schedule, and share over the web. The FacTS Green Dashboard opens up a wide range of reporting opportunities by supporting both traditional (paper-oriented) and interactive (web-based) reports. It easily allows companies to design feature-rich reports from data stored in FacTS, providing users with specific information they need in the format that helps them make informed decisions. The Green Dashboard lowers the complexity of your reporting environment. Its design enables end users to easily create and access reports via the web. Power users and skilled business users can use this powerful technology to report on and analyze EH&S data in support of their company’s overall organizational goals and objectives. In addition, they will be able to provide upper level management real time and what-if data for decision-making.
FacTS™ EH&S Management Software The EH&S Management Suite provides scheduling tools for creating and tracking time-based items such as work orders, standard operating procedures, inspections, and information requests. It allows tracking of bulk and container inventory along with the scheduling and tracking of material dispensing work orders.
Environmental Health & Safety Datasheet (PDF, 159KB) Distribution Modeling For many processes, materials are distributed to various media (sewer, air emissions, final product, etc.) at the chemical ingredient level, rather than at the product level. This feature allows tracking at the chemical or product level, or both. Users can identify any piece of equipment, group of equipment, process area, etc., and define distribution rules for products and their separate constituents as they pass through the defined area or proces. With this "black box" modeling, once rules have been defined, simulations of material usage and distribution may be generated to confirm the applicability of the distribution model prior to committing the transaction records for compliance.

Emergency Pre-Planning This feature is used to describe the facility site layout, the resources available at the facility to respond, and the steps to be taken in the event of an emergency. In addition, you can define response teams and plans of evacuation, helping you comply with all sections of Titles 40 and 29 in the Code of Federal Regulations.

Equipment Distribution This feature tracks all equipment and process areas. It also stores distribution rules for products and constituents as they pass through the defined process or area. Users can create material usage and distrubtion model simulations.

Incident Reporting This feature allows users to identify and track incidents and their associated spills and responses; flag reportable spills; and track calls made to regulatory agencies. FacTS™ automatically determines whether the incident is reportable and advises users of contact actions. In FacTS™, an Incident is an event out of the ordinary. This can be as serious as a major accident or leakage. However, an Incident may also be recorded for an inspection, an opacity monitor mal-activity, or a "near-miss." For the purposes of trend analysis, it can be almost as important to log near misses as the more serious types of occurrences.

Information Request Tracking This feature allows users to record and document requests for information from any source including agencies, customers, citizens, and other private or public groups. Users can record follow-up activities, including the type of information provided and whether any complaints, fines, or violations of contract terms were discussed.

Inspection Tracking This feature allows users to build, record, and document on-site inspections of equipment and locations. Users can define inspection parameters, build the survey forms, and track and store inspection records and findings.

List Of Lists This function provides the ability to create and maintain an unlimited number of Federal, State, local, internal and custom regulatory lists from any source. It associates data (including issuing agency, regulated substance, and reportable quantity) to each list. A number of Federal Environmental Lists are provided standard with this feature. Once a list is created, a variety of reports are included that can be run against the lists.
Material Dispensing This feature allows users to schedule material orders for a given dispensing location, and record dispensing transactions by material and container. Users can generate the issued container labels and track returned and wasted material.
Material Tracking This feature tracks the movement of materials within and between facilities at bulk, container, and ingredient levels. Also it tracks the receipt, on-site use, storage, and movement of any container or product. Used in conjuntion with EHS Reporting Suite's Waste Tracking/Management features, it provides comphrehensive cradle-to-grave monitoring capabilities.
Standard Operating Procedures This feature allows the user to track and manage tasks or projects, and define the procedures that must be followed to safely complete them. Users can enter and maintain all information relating to standard operating procedures; schedule, assign, and monitor tasks.
Training Tracking This feature allows users to access and edit the data needed to demonstrate that employees have received necessary training based on job classification, department, equipment, and product. Users can establish and maintain courses, instructor qualification records, student achievement records, class rosters, and attendance records.
